1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wash Connect services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Wash Connect is operated by Samaso Invest NV. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Wash Connect provides self-service laundry facilities at various locations, including universities and student housing. Our services include:

• Washing machine usage
• Dryer usage
• Automatic detergent dosing
• Digital payment processing

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Use the machines according to the provided instructions
• Not overload machines beyond their capacity
• Remove laundry promptly after cycle completion
• Clean the lint filter after using the dryer
• Report any machine malfunctions immediately
• Not wash items that may damage machines (shoes, heavily soiled items, etc.)

4. Payment

Payment is required before using our machines. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and mobile payment solutions. All prices are displayed at the machines and include VAT.

5. Liability

Wash Connect is not liable for:

• Damage to items that are not suitable for machine washing/drying
• Items left in machines or laundry rooms
• Color bleeding or shrinkage due to incorrect program selection
• Indirect or consequential damages

In case of machine malfunction causing damage, please report immediately and we will investigate each case individually.

6. Refunds

If a machine malfunctions during your cycle, please contact our support team. Refunds may be issued after verification of the technical issue.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
