Choose Your Program – Get the Best Results
Think of Wash Connect as your laundry lab: a place where you can easily experiment to find what works best for your clothes, with predictably clean results. Check the available programs on the machine itself or in the app, and pick the one that fits your load.
Tip: pick the right temperature
Temperature decides how thoroughly and how gently your laundry is treated. Available temperatures depend on the program you select. Always check the care label!
Energy-saving
Delicates, wool, silk – gentle cleaning
Everyday
Most everyday laundry – optimal balance
Hygienic
Towels, bed linen, underwear – deep clean
Heavy duty
Heavily soiled items – maximum hygiene
Detergent: check your location
First check if your location provides detergent. If not, add your own in the dedicated tray or directly into the drum. Never pour detergent straight onto your clothes — it can cause stains.
How to Dry
Wrap up with perfectly dry clothes.
Load the Dryer
Transfer your clean laundry from the washer. Shake items loose for better drying.
Clean the Filter
Remove lint from the filter for optimal drying performance. This only takes a few seconds!
Pay with app or QR
Use the Wash Connect app or scan the QR code on the machine.
Collect & Fold
Remove clothes promptly to avoid wrinkles. Clean the lint filter for the next user.
Leave the dryer ready for the next person
Take a moment to clean the lint filter after every cycle. A small gesture that makes a big difference for whoever comes after you — and keeps the dryer running at its best.
